Frequently asked questions and answers about the login portal

  • How do I sign up as a new user?

To access any of our services, you first need to create an account and request access to selected services. In order to create an account and log in, you need access to the email address you register.

  • How can I see which posts I am eligible for?

Once you have logged in via the Log in portal, you will see which systems you have access to. If you have just been granted access, it may take a while before the new service is displayed. If you are missing a system, it may be because you have filtering set up. Click on the funnel symbol at the bottom of the page to change or remove the filtering.

  • I can no longer access my registered email address

If you can no longer access the email address you previously registered, for example if you have changed your workplace, you will need to create a new account and request access to the respective service again.

  • Why doesn't my account exist?

If you have not logged in for more than a year, we will delete your account and permissions. Partly as a security measure, but also to avoid saving your personal data when we no longer need it. If you still wish to access a service, please create a new account.

  • I get a technical error

If you cannot reset your password or cannot access the services you know you are authorized to access on the system you tried to log in to, it may be due to a temporary technical error. Please try again in a moment. If the problem persists, please contact the support for the service you are trying to access.

  • I cannot access the service I want

When you have logged in via the Login Portal, you will see which systems you have access to. If you are missing a system, it may be because you have filtering set up. Click on the funnel symbol at the bottom of the page to change or remove the filtering.

If you have recently been granted permissions and are having problems accessing a service, please try again in a while. It may take some time for underlying services to update their rights.
