Slight increase in travel according to the Kantar Sifo survey

The concerns measured in Kantar Sifo’s survey are at a fairly stable level. There is a slight change regarding travel in the most recent responses to Kantar Sifo’s questions about trust, concerns and behaviour during the corona crisis.

This week 45 per cent of respondents stated that they will be travelling once or twice within Sweden, with a travel time of two hours or more. This can be compared with 41 per cent responding the same last week. A total of around 2,200 people have now answered this question. 

About the survey

The aim is to survey the public on a continuous basis regarding e g the degree of concern about various possible consequences of covid-19, trust in various stakeholders’ management of its spread, and what measures people are taking to reduce the risk of being exposed themselves. Target group and sample

The general public aged 18–79. The sample is drawn randomly from Kantar Sifo’s online panel. The ambition is to carry out 100 interviews net per day. The survey has been going on since 21 March 2020.


Data collection is done using an online survey produced by Kantar Sifo.
